  • Breaking Coach

As an independent dancer based in Saskatchewan, my lifelong passion for self-expression through movement has been the driving force behind my creative pursuits. Growing up as the eldest son of Vietnamese immigrants in Regina, I felt conflicted between the expectations of my family for a conventional, stable career and my own artistic aspirations. However, my family’s journey to Canada in search of safety, security, and opportunity instilled in me a deep appreciation for the power of self-expression. Despite the challenges of navigating conflicting expectations, I remained committed to following my passion for dance and pursuing a path that aligns with my creative vision and personal values.

Thankfully, I discovered the transformative power of expressive movement and how it taught me essential life skills such as discipline, humility, and self-love. I am eager to share this experience with others who may be undergoing similar struggles, through the creativity of an art project that will offer a positive outlet and foster healing for those who need it most.

For the past 13 years, I have devoted myself to pursuing my artistic passion in dance, despite initially lacking support from my family. Through this journey, I have forged new relationships and rediscovered connections with my loved ones, all of which have fueled my creativity and strengthened my resolve to inspire and empower others with my artistic knowledge and insights.

  • Massage Therapist

Hello! My name is Zoey and I am super pumped to be joining this team as a Registered Massage Therapist. I have my certification from Mount Royal University and have been working for over 2 years in the City of Calgary. My passion for massage came from growing up with a chiropractor as a father who constantly advocated for my own health and well being.

Dance is an intense, beautiful sport that can push our bodies to their limits and my job is to support the body. Massage is a wonderful addition to anyone’s self care but especially children. As their bodies grow we need to make sure their muscles are loose enough to allow growth without pain but strong enough to support them.

At the age of 3 I began my journey with dance with a focus on ballet, jazz and hip hop. Dance is a huge part of who I am and even though I no longer attend classes, you will always catch me dancing in my kitchen. Due to this I am ecstatic to be able to assist your child's passion through massage therapy.
